Does eyeliner make your eyes look smaller?Try using a lighter color (such as brown, taupe, or navy) and applying a little at a time. Draw a thin line first and observe the results in the mirror before going back to apply more.If eyes still appear smaller, try applying liner to the outer two thirds of the eye only.
