Spice Mas Carnival Grenada

The premier cultural event, "Spice Mas" is Grenadian expression in all its glory, celebrated during month of August, this annual event with multiple activities takes months of planning and coordination. Brimming with pageantry and expression linked to our African, French, British and Caribbean heritage, Carnival is colourful, humorous and full of surprises such as Calypso music, a steel band competition, elaborate dress, and plenty of big events.
