The four steps are:
1. Be mindful.
2. Stop disempowering thoughts.
3. Replace them with empowering thoughts.
4. Keep going until it becomes automatic.
The Four Step Method is quite simply the most effective single technique for building self-confidence.
Avoid destructive thinking. Improper negative thoughts sink people. A ship can sail around the world many, many times, but let just enough water get into the ship and it will sink.
