Agrasen Ki Baoli

This is actually a step well which is 60meters in length and 15 meters in width, located on Hailey Road nearby Connaught Place.This step well is supposed to be constructed by King Agrasen, a character associated with the Mahabharata age in India.The king built it to provide water to the entire city.The reservoir today is under protection of the Archaeological Survey of India and serves as a tourist attraction.
